This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation, modification, and management of orders placed through ASYSTEM. By placing an order on asystem.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

1. One-Time Product Orders

All one-time orders submitted through asystem.com are subject to acceptance by ASYSTEM.

Once an order has been accepted and processing has begun, it is considered final and cannot be canceled, modified, edited, or changed.

Because orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt fulfillment, ASYSTEM cannot guarantee the ability to stop, modify, or intercept an order after it has been submitted.

If an order has already entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, rerouted, or recalled.

2. Subscription Orders

Subscription products automatically renew according to the delivery frequency selected during checkout.

You may manage your subscription at any time by:

• Logging into your customer account through the Subscription Portal; or

• Contacting our Customer Support team at help@asystem.com.

To ensure sufficient processing time, all cancellation, pause, skip, frequency, shipping address, payment method, or product changes must be completed at least forty-two (42) hours prior to the next scheduled billing date.

Requests submitted fewer than forty-two (42) hours before the scheduled renewal may not be processed before the next renewal order is generated and charged.

3. Subscription Renewal Authorization

By purchasing a subscription product, you authorize ASYSTEM to automatically charge your selected payment method at each scheduled renewal unless your subscription is canceled before the required cancellation deadline described above.

Subscription reminders may be provided as a courtesy; however, failure to receive or view a reminder does not alter the automatic renewal terms that were accepted at the time of purchase.

4. Orders Generated Prior to Cancellation

If a subscription renewal is successfully processed before a cancellation request is received or before the forty-two (42) hour cancellation window, the resulting order is considered a valid order and will be fulfilled in accordance with ASYSTEM's Terms & Conditions.

Such orders are subject to the Return & Refund Policy.

5. Policy Acknowledgment

By placing an order or purchasing a subscription through ASYSTEM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation Policy.

You further acknowledge that this Cancellation Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the ASYSTEM Terms & Conditions, together with the Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
