Cancellation Policy

One-Time Product Orders
All orders placed through the Asystem website that have been accepted by Asystem are final and cannot be cancelled, edited, or changed under any circumstances. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Subscription Orders
For recurring subscription orders, changes or cancellations can only be made if requested at least forty-two (42) hours prior to the scheduled renewal date. Requests may be submitted through either:

• The customer self-service portal, or
• By contacting our support team at help@asystem.com or info@asystem.com

Requests received within fewer than 42 hours before renewal may not be processed, and the next scheduled subscription charge will be applied.


Acknowledgment
By using the Site and placing orders, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy, including the non-cancellable nature of accepted orders and the timing requirements for subscription changes.
