  • ASYSTEM® creates advanced supplements that fuel your modern lifestyle. Our products blend powerful, research-backed ingredients with proprietary natural formulas, and our packaging takes a design approach rooted in behavioral psychology. Simply put: we make supplements which work — and look good too.

  • We offer both subscription and one-time purchase options for most of our products. Subscriptions can be customized to the frequency of your choice, and you can pause, re-schedule, or cancel orders in your account as you see fit.

  • Our products are available on ASYSTEM.com, as well as online and in-store at select retailers in the United States, including Erewhon, Sunlife Organics, select Four Seasons hotels, and several major airports like PHD, LGA, and more.

  • Our products are formulated for adults aged 18 and older. The Men’s Complete Optimization Supplements are specifically designed for men and are not intended for use by women. In response to customer feedback, we now also offer Women’s Complete Optimization Supplements, formulated specifically to support women’s health.

    If you have any health concerns, are taking medication, have a medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before using our products.

  • There is no minimum period for subscriptions. You can make changes, reschedule, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime prior to your next renewal period.

  • Consistency is key to great results. Our products are designed to build over time, so we recommend committing to at least 3 months to see the full health benefits.

    By signing up for a subscription for any product, you agree to automatic renewal every 30 days. For your first order, we will send you a shipment with a 30-day supply of your chosen products, and your subscription will automatically continue to renew every month. You may choose to cancel at any time.

    If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so by emailing help@asystem.com at least 48 hours before your next order renewal or by cancelling in your account.

  • You can update your email by logging into your Account and selecting the ‘Subscription’ tab on the right. Next, select ‘Billing Information’. You’ll have the ability to edit your email under this section.

  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your Account. After you select the ‘Subscription’ tab, you can select to reactivate your subscription.

  • To start the process of verifying your account and resetting your password, select ‘Forgot Your Password?’ on the Account Log In page. If the issue persists, please reach out to our team at help@asystem.com.

  • You can update your account information by logging into your Account. Select the ‘Subscription’ tab on the right. You’ll be able to adjust your delivery address, billing information, delivery schedule and any details related to your subscription.

  • You can update your payment information by logging into your Account. Select the ‘Subscription’ tab on the right. Under the ‘Billing Information’ tab, you’ll be able to update your payment details.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay as well as payments via PayPal for US customers.

  • For one-time purchases, your credit card will be charged immediately at checkout.

    For subscription orders, your credit card will be charged for your first order immediately at checkout. After that, every following subscription order will automatically renew, and your card will be charged according to your selected renewal frequency.

  • You can manage your subscription by logging into your account and navigating to the ‘Subscription’ tab, then clicking ‘Cancel’ next to the subscription you wish to modify.

    Please note that any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your order is processed. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. For full details, please see our Returns Policy.

  • Currently, ASYSTEM only ships in the United States.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information.

    Please note that orders placed on weekends are processed and prepared over the weekend, but will be picked up by the carrier and shipped on the next business day.

    Please note that orders placed on holidays will not be shipped until the next open business day.

  • If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us at help@asystem.com and include photos of the damage so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

    To file a claim with us, please reach out within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns: Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. All purchases made through our website are non-refundable. If any part of your order is unsatisfactory, please contact us at help@asystem.com.

    Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of purchase at help@asystem.com and include your order number and photos or videos of the issue. Each case is reviewed individually, and we will work with you to determine the best solution. Repeated or unreasonable return requests may result in restrictions or refusal of future orders.

    Terms and Conditions:Returns are unfortunately not allowed once a package has been shipped. In the event of shipping-related damage, please contact us promptly with photos or videos to assist in our investigation.

    If a package is marked as delivered but not actually received, please allow up to 7 business days for a thorough investigation.

    For packages returned to “sender” (us) for unknown reasons, we will await their arrival at our warehouse before considering any potential reshipment. Any reshipments for packages returned due to unknown issues may require a new shipment and can include a signature requirement to ensure delivery.

    Cost of Returns:
    As we do not accept returns, a refund would only be issued if a package is returned to us via the carrier and was never accepted by the recipient. 

    In these cases, if the customer chooses a refund instead of reshipment:

    • Up to a 15% non-refundable restocking fee may be applied
    • Any original shipping fees may also be deducted before the refund is processed

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and specific carrier information. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

  • The default delivery schedule for your subscription products is every 30 days. If you’d like to adjust the timing of your next delivery, you can update the date through your Account or contact us at help@asystem.com for assistance.

  • We'd recommend that you check with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplements or if you're using any prescription medication.

  • We would recommend checking with your healthcare provider prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing before using any supplements.

  • Most of our products, including gummies, are vegan and Top 9 Allergen Free.

    However, Men’s Complete Optimization Supplements contain fish oil and KSM-66® Ashwagandha made with milk extract. For additional allergy related inquiries, contact help@asystem.com before purchasing.

  • Men’s Complete Optimization Supplements contain traces of milk.

    Other products are Top 9 Allergen Free-  free from dairy, gluten, soy, and nuts.
