Return/Refund Policy

Returns: Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. All purchases made through our website are non-refundable. If any part of your order is unsatisfactory, please contact us at help@asystem.com or info@asystem.com.


Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of purchase at help@asystem.com and include your order number and photos or videos of the issue. Each case is reviewed individually, and we will work with you to determine the best solution. Repeated or unreasonable return requests may result in restrictions or refusal of future orders.


Terms and Conditions: Returns are unfortunately not allowed once a package has been shipped. In the event of shipping-related damage, please contact us promptly with photos or videos to assist in our investigation.
If a package is marked as delivered but not actually received, please allow up to 7 business days for a thorough investigation.
For packages returned to “sender” (us) for unknown reasons, we will await their arrival at our warehouse before considering any potential reshipment. Any reshipments for packages returned due to unknown issues may require a new shipment and can include a signature requirement to ensure delivery.


Cost of Returns:
As we do not accept returns, a refund would only be issued if a package is returned to us via the carrier and was never accepted by the recipient.
In these cases, if the customer chooses a refund instead of reshipment:

  • Up to a 15% non-refundable restocking fee may be applied
  • Any original shipping fees may also be deducted before the refund is processed
