I started using the asystem radical relief gel roll on about a year ago, and I am never looking back. I suffer from chronic migraine and had always relied on a dab of peppermint oil to my temples which was a bit tingly, but not cutting it. This roller is super easy to use. I carry it with me everywhere and have one at the office, my home desk, in my purse and on my nighstand. I love using it on my temples, back of my neck, my jaw and my shoulders for migraine tension, TMJ, sinus pressure, chronic shoulder pain brought on by fibromyalgia and just any icky feeling that pops up. One of my must-have items!

Consistently Better Sleep scores

I have been using the sleep gummies for over 2 years and consistently notice a 10 point better sleep score when I do take them. After taking a couple months off I am returning to regular daily use!
